Financing possibility
Dunatec GmbH offers a classical contractor model for the financing of biogas utilization equipment to its Customers:
We offer this model to those Customers who possess the necessary money for the realization, and would like to assign a competent partner with the fulfillment of their goals. In this case Dunatec GmbH creates a project company for transaction of the project with its 100% ownership. This project company draws an assignment contract with the Contractor for the development of the plant for a mutually agreed price and deadline.
Our company undertakes the following activities within the framework of the contract:
- Planning and integration of the plant into the current operations (detailed execution plan, etc),
- Transaction of the necessary licensing procedures,
- The building of the plant according to the binding licenses,
- Execution of the construction works and execution works,
- The technical solutions for the plant (selecting subcontractors, negotiations),
- Information of the Contracting Party and supervision of the subcontractors during the building,
- Conducting test operations,
- Training the operating staff,
- Delivery of documentations/handling instructions to the Contracting Party,
- Optional possibility for the maintenance of the system for a yearly fee.
Dunatec GmbH undertakes to transact the investment, fulfils these activities and operates the existing equipment. The heat and electric energy produced by the joint company shall be sold and its after-tax profit shall be shared by the founders on the basis of the ownership rates. Dunatec GmbH covers the costs of investment from its own share.
